Dan Zukiwsky, B.H.K M.P.T (physiotherapist)
Dan Zukiwsky is a registered physiotherapist that joined the team at CARE Institute/Sabga Physiotherapy & Chiropractic in January 2013. Dan completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and has a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Western Ontario.Dan is dedicated to improving his clinical skills and has taken a number of post specialized courses. He has his level one acupuncture certification, level one manual therapy designation, Active Release certification, and is a certified mulligan concept and custom orthotics provider.With his knowledge and expertise he’s confident he could help you meet your personal physical goals. Dr. Jason Chapieski, B.Sc. (Hons), DC, Acupuncture
Dr. Jason Chapieski began his 8 year post-secondary education at the University of Detroit Mercy and Wayne State University where he graduated in 2006 with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He then went on to study at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in June 2011. Throughout his 4 years at CMCC, Dr. Chapieski took additional courses to become a certified Clinical Acupuncture provider, a Graston Technique provider, and a Full Body and Masters Active Release Techniques (ART) provider.
Jason is currently a member in good standing with the Ontario Chiropractic Association, Canadian Chiropractic Association, College of Chiropractors of Ontario, Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association and brings his expertise to the CARE Institute/Sabga Physiotherapy & Chiropractic team since June 2012. Dr. Chapieski is also involved in a variety of sports and takes pride in being an active member of the community, over the years he has volunteered his time as team Chiropractor for the AKO Fratmen Football Team, University of Windsor baseball team and coach/therapist for Sun County minor hockey. He is an avid athlete, playing many years of baseball and hockey. He has developed a passion for Triathlon, having completed the Ironman in Mont-Tremblant in August 2016. As Jason’s interests include physical fitness, athletics and living a healthy lifestyle, his ultimate goal is to use his chiropractic training combined with Soft Tissue Therapy, Acupuncture and Rehabilitation to achieve optimal quality of life for his patients. Dr. Chapieski is passionate about spending as much time as possible with his wife Melissa and his little boy Cohen.
Jai Satish, BPT, CEP-ACSM
Dr. Chantel LeClair began her post-secondary education at the University of Western Ontario where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology in 2012. She enrolled at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2014 and received her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2018. During her time at CMCC, Chantel took additional courses such as Instrumented Assisted Soft Tissue therapy, Mental Health First Aid and became certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture learning how to treat conditions from acute sport injuries to chronic pain conditions. She has also attended seminars that focused on chiropractic for pregnant women and pediatrics. During her intern year, Chantel interned at the Aptus Treatment Center where she provided chiropractic care and rehabilitation to children who have developmental disabilities. Dr. Chantel LeClair is currently a member in good standing with the Ontario Chiropractic Association, Canadian Chiropractic Association, College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association.
As a recent graduate, Dr. Chantel LeClair takes an evidence-based approach in helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness through the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of disorders relating to the skeletal, muscular and nervous systems. She focuses on the patient as a whole, treating the underlying cause of the problem so patients can maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
